New Features & Functionality!

If it seems we’ve gone a little quiet on the blog front of late, it’s because we’ve been busily working away behind the scenes to further improve our systems and mechanisms for clients.

In the last couple of months we have deployed the following all-new features:

Team Logins
Responding to the need for our larger corporate clients to have several staffers with joint access to Covocate campaigns, reports and statistics, we now support unlimited shared user access for clients.

Candidate Sorting
You can now sort candidates by various criteria directly from your online portal. This allows quick identification of top potential candidates based on your preferred outcomes and brings greater flexibility in ranking and assessing candidates than ever before.

Expanded Reporting Options
We understand sometimes our beautiful reports are overkill and all you want is the human data in a .csv file to tie in to existing databases or generate internal graphs to track and monitor improvement in outcomes over time. Our system now allows clean export of data to solve all these issues in seconds.

Of course, we’re not done yet. Bulk download of candidate resumes will be available in the coming weeks, along with various graphing capabilities, and the ability for team members to vote on the suitability of their top candidates. We’re excited to see this take shape and continue to make candidate shortlisting the accurate, fast and above all human process it should be.
