By signing up to Covocate.com, you agree to use our service for the genuine purpose of screening job applicants for a vacant job position. Usage of the system is not to be undertaken for any other reason.
SECTION 3 Usage Limitations
The information in our reports is not to be provided to Candidates at any stage of the process, whether during or after the hiring exercise. This limitation is to ensure the ongoing validity and accuracy of our algorithms and systems. Any provision of information to candidates in this way voids any guarantee or warranty provided on our services.
SECTION 4 Limits to Liability
In using our service you agree not to indemnify or otherwise Covocate.com for any adverse consequences of using our system, including but not limited to legal action with regard to candidates being deemed successful or unsuccessful in applying for a position. Covocate.com is designed to provide an additional layer of information to use during the hiring and screening process and is not to be used in isolation or without due care and standard due diligence in your hiring process, including full consideration of candidate skills, qualifications, backgrounds, and interview performance.

All content of Covocate.com, including our website, screening process and questions, report and algorithms are copyright protected by law in operating companies. The information provided by Covocate.com is subject to copyright. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy or modify our systems for any use. No part of Covocate.com, or its content, may be reproduced in any form without the prior consent of Covocate.com Pty Limited.
SECTION 6 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the reasonable control of such party, including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such an event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
SECTION 7 Notification of Changes
The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are material changes to our policies, we will announce that these changes have been made by email. In the event of any discrepancy between versions of these terms and conditions, the version at www.covocate.com will take precedence. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
